Ordered from Pizza Shuttle last night, the pizza was way better than I expected. The crust was soft, but still had a nice little crunch, the cheese tasted fresh, and the toppings didn’t seem cheap, or soggy. I got pepperoni, and some wings too, and both showed up hot, which was great. Simple order overall, but the quality was solid, and I’d definitely order again.

"Customization Was Kind of Frustrating"
I was hoping I could customize my pizza a bit more, but the options felt weirdly limited? Like, I kept trying to make it how I wanted and it just got kind of annoying after a while. Not terrible, just not as flexible as I expected

"Fast delivery, but the packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from pizzashuttle.com and the food showed up quickly, which I appreciated. But when it arrived, the pizza box was crushed on one side, cheese was stuck to the lid, and one of the slices was folded over. It just looked really messy. The bag also felt flimsy, and there was grease starting to leak through it. The pizza wasn’t terrible, but for a delivery order, I definitely expected better packaging and a little more care. an apology from them would’ve been nice.

"Orders are hit or miss"
I've had some really good orders from here, but lately it's been hit or miss. One time everything's great, then the next time the food shows up cold or something's missing. Just wish it was more consistent

Ordered from Pizza Shuttle i was getting frustrated with how long it took to show up. That said, the food was still hot when it arrived, so at least that helped. The crust tasted fresh, and the toppings didn’t seem old or soggy at all. Overall, I was happy with the pizza once it finally got here...

My pizza and sides showed up exactly how I ordered them, and nothing was missing, so I was happy about that. The only annoying part was the communication was kind of unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order until it arrived.

I ordered after midnight when I was starving and wasn’t expecting much. The pizza showed up still hot enough to enjoy, and from the driver’s quick but friendly vibe, I got the feeling they were busy but still trying to keep things moving. Definitely saved me when I needed late-night food.

"Decent pizza, if you can figure out how to get in"
The pizza was totally fine, no major complaints there. Getting to the place, though, was a little more of an adventure than it probably needed to be. Parking was tight, and the entrance wasn’t exactly obvious, so that was fun. I guess if you’re already nearby and feeling patient, it’s okay.

I ordered through the site and it was easy, really easy to get through. The menu loaded without any issues, picking toppings made sense, and checkout didn’t throw any random errors or anything.
I got the confirmation right away, and when I went to pick it up, the order was correct. Nothing super fancy, just simple and it worked like it should. I’d definitely use it again

"Pretty easy ordering by phone"
I called in my order and, i wasn’t sure if I was going to make it more complicated than it needed to be, but it was totally fine. The person on the phone was nice, quick, and got everything right. No awkward back and forth or anything. Just a simple, easy experience, and I’d probably order that way again

Overall, I thought it was a decent deal, but the portions felt a little smaller than I expected. The food was fine and I didn’t regret ordering, but I was left wishing there was just a bit more. It didn’t feel like a bad experience, just not quite as satisfying as I hoped

"Parking Made It More Annoying Than It Needed to Be"
The pizza was fine, nothing crazy, but the parking situation kind of ruined the whole pickup for me. I ended up circling the block a few times, that’s on them a bit if they’re going to make pickup this inconvenient.
There just wasn’t much space nearby, so what should’ve been a quick stop took way longer than it needed to. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible spot, but if I’m driving, I’d probably think twice before going back.
